1. Booking and Appointments
All appointments must be reviewed and confirmed by Michelle before they are finalised.
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
Payment in full is required on the day of your appointment. We accept cash or bank transfer only.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.
If you know you are going to be more than 15 minutes, unfortunately the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you give at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
To reschedule, you must give at least 24 hours notice. Late rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
3. Service Policies
I do not work on clients under 18 years of age.
I do not offer prom nail services.
I do not infill work done by other nail technicians - only my own previous work.
Nail art must be selected and added to your appointment at the time of booking.
I do not create designs featuring religious, spiritual or pagan symbols, ghosts, witches, etc or certain other symbols and numbers. Please ask if you're unsure about a design.
4. Health and Safety
A consultation form must be completed before your first appointment and for certain treatments.
Please inform me immediately of any allergies or sensitivities you have.
For your safety and comfort, please do not bring children to your appointment. This allows you to relax and enjoy your treatment, and ensures I can give you my full attention.
5. After Your Appointment
Please use cuticle oil only to nourish the nails daily. I have some for purchase of you wish. If you experience any problems with your nails, I will fix them free of charge within 7 days of your appointment.
After 7 days, any fixes or repairs will be chargeable.
No refunds are given for completed services.
Your satisfaction is important to me - please contact me immediately if you have any concerns.
6. Privacy and Data
Your personal information is collected only for booking purposes.
I will not share your details with third parties.
You may request to see or delete your information at any time by contacting me directly.
7. General Terms
These terms apply to all services provided by Msculptsnails.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available during the booking process.
